I would like to invite you to visit our succa this year.
I would like to start out by introducing you to Avi. Avi is great. He not only fixes things around our apartment, but,he also puts up our succa and takes it down.
So, without further ado this is Avi:
Avi is getting his stuff ready so he can build our succa.
Next I want for you to see my succa, the outside of it for now:
This is from the street, what do you think?
Now, I would like you to see inside the succa. I decorated it not with bigness this year, but, nicely.
So, step inside and take a look around and tell me what you think:
This is the picture I chose this year for one of my walls. Isn't it something? I love the Beit Hamikdash. Take a good look at it and if you feel like staring at it for quite some time then do it before you want to move on to something else. You know you can always go back to it.
I like the daisy thing. I have it out and watch it blow in the wind when the succca is not up. It sits out there along with our Israeli flag and our Jerusalem flag on our merpeset (porch). I decided I wanted to include it in the succa. The little guy next to it I saw in a store and had to get him. I decided I wanted him in the succa too. He is fine hanging in the air. He really doesn't mind.
I think these deers are so pretty so had to include them in the succa too.
How do you like the lion and the tiger and their friends?
I thought this picture was perfect to follow the last one. This is my Mitzi with her lioness friend.
Now, I would like to introduce you to some Rosh Hashana things. This one is the sign I made to wish people Shana Tova.
This is one of the Rosh Hashana cards I received.
This is the other Rosh Hashana card I received.
I had this picture and thought it should be included in the succa. I have no idea where it is, but, thought it was so beautiful and wanted to use it.
Now, the last and final picture is:
This is Yisraela and her friends. She is a big help to me in assisting me at times on my table where I sell things.
Thank you all so much for visiting my succa this year.
I would like to hear from you out there what you think of my succa.
