My New Friend Watermelon

On Wednesday, November 26th I got a new friend. Someone found her when she was 2 days old and in very bad shape. She was nursed back to health and she is now 3 months old. She was named Watermelon. They could no longer keep her and I contacted her and she brought her to me on Wednesday. When the lady left Watermelon went into hiding and thought she would never come out again. Advice from a friend because forgot what to do when that happens worked. She eventually came out of hiding and ate and then went back in. I would talk to her and she would look at me and listen. She would go in and come out all Thursday and on Friday she came out to get to know me. We had our first Shabbat together and it was great. She is such a joy. This morning I took some picture of her and will post the one I got to see what she looks like and one of the ones I took.
