Wrong times on my clock and watches

Hi,
On March 24th of this year we moved our clocks forward here in Israel and I changed all of mine. On Thursday, April 6th and Friday, April 7th I did not have to go out anywhere so thought my watch and clocks were the right time. I noticed both Thursday and Friday that at 9 am in the morning it was still dark. I didn't think it would be dark at that time. On Friday someone was suppose to come at 9 am. I thought my watch was right so when I thought it was 10 am I called her and I woke her up. It turned out after checking the time number that it was after 6 am in the morning. I felt so embarrassed that I woke her up and did not know what time I actually got up. I was up for hours and felt so stupid. I did a video chat with someone and I was changing my clocks and explained to the person. Oh, well all is well in my little world now and I am on the right time track. When the person came on Friday I apologized and felt so bad if I woke her up.
Thank you and that is ok if you have a good laugh about it. I certainly did, but, also felt bad if I woke her up.
