David Herman at his table at the ETAI Conference which was held on 3/7 - 4/7/12

This is David Herman sitting behind his table at the ETAI English Teacher's Conference that was held at Givat Ram Campus on Tuesday, July 3rd and Wednesday, July 4th of this year.

This is David Herman standing by his Sabraman posters.

Now, this is what he has to tell you about himself:

DAVID HERMAN'S CREATIVE ENTERPRISES AT THE ETAI CONFERENCE
David Herman, the pioneer of English teaching newspapers in Israel and more recently poet-singer-songwriter, aroused tremendous excitement among hundreds of English teachers who came to his table to hear more about his unique national AngloVision Song and Poetry Contest for the next school year and received forms about the contest. They also received the lyrics of the catchy theme song for the contest called English is Easy which Herman played for them many times over on his guitar as well as on his Nursery Rhyme and Folksong CDs. On display on Herman's table were the many CDs of his acclaimed one-man shows on Jerusalem, Zionism, the Bible, and his acclaimed recital of Ada Jackson's remarkable 1943 Greenwood Prize winning poetic tribute to the Jewish People, Behold the Jew.
Finally, as you see in the picture, Herman was selling sets of the laminated covers of the first Sabraman comic books which he published together with the Sabraman theme song on CD.

THE GOOD TIMES PUBLISHING COMPANY
By a curious coincidence Herman's table was next to that of the Good Times Publishing Company which also publishes popular simplified English and Hebrew teaching newspapers, as you can see in the picture. The company is located in Jerusalem and is headed by Yigal Tzadka and his wife Liora.
