Ok, how many of you like a challenge? Well, I have a fun challenge for you.
So, here goes:
I would like to ask those out there that love to come up with interesting and unique recipes for the holidays to come up with recipes for Rosh Hashana.
I am looking for 10 best recipes and I would put them into a cookbook and put the winner's name on their recipe page and the top winner will get a free cookbook.
The contest ends July 31st.
Please when you send me the recipes please include the pictures, the ingredients and how to make whatever it is you are submitting to me at my e-mail address: hanni@netvision.net.il
The cookbook will be available for sale before Rosh Hashana at Israel Center where I sell on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm in downtown Jerusalem on Rehov Keren Hyesod St. #22, across from The Dan Panarama Hotel. If unable to come there or do not live in Israel then e-mail me at the above e-mail address your recipes and I will let you know what I decide.
I will sell the cookbook for 25 shekels or $10 and 5% of each sale will be donated to the children of Sderot. If you would like to order the cookbook online a pdf file will be available.
